You might have been brought here by clicking a link on our website promising to take you to our 305 5-star Google reviews. It had taken us around 5 years and a huge amount of work to build these up, and they were the main source of our new customers, since many people felt we were the right translators for them after reading our excellent reviews. We take pride in delivering certified translations of the highest standards and we go the extra mile to make sure our clients are happy with our work and that they receive it in a timely manner and at the best possible price. Unfortunately, Google has recently suspended our account due to "suspicious activity". So, what might that activity be? Apparently, it was simply us updating our address to reflect our new location in Leeds after moving from London. It must have been an automated decision since it happened instantly when we changed our address on their system. Let's hope that Google restores our listing when a real human being looks at our case. We have appealed it and we really hope that our reviews are reinstated in full, and soon. If not, I guess it will be time to start again from scratch.
